A downloadable ZIP containing your interactive HTML journal with all seven recordings embedded, two printable PDFs, and getting-started instructions.
Extract the ZIP and open the HTML journal in a current desktop browser. No account or subscription is required. The PDFs are printable companions and do not play audio.
Journal entries save locally and do not automatically sync between devices. Keep regular backups. Desktop use is recommended; phone file-preview apps may not support the journal’s interactions.
